1) IRONWOOD RANGER BOWS: This can be a very important time for those that have worked hard to earn this weapon. Your assistance in helping it to be a special time for them is appreciated!

In order to obtain this Bow, the Guild member must meet the following requirements:

a) guildlevel 40 or above
b) posted a personal history on the ranger message boards
c) has 75,000 gold coins
(which is deposited in the Guild's bank account by the GO)
d) able to prove that they've found the location of the secret shop
e) be in good standing with in the guild and within terris, ie; no current bans or flags or suspensions
f) gone through a short interview with the GO

*NOTE: The ranger's mentor cannot be the one to grant the IRB. It must be another officer. Post about the ranger receiving the IRB. The interview questions are at your discretion.

2) RESSURECTIONS: If members gshout for a rezz, here are our guidelines for doing so without spoiling their or other peoples fun in the realm:

Don't gshout more than 2 times for a rezz. If you don't get a response after two shouts start looking for another way back to life or just swallow the bitter pill and die.

If you do gshout for a rezz, the shout MUST be in character. Be creative, have fun, but there should be no shouts for "I'm at 83% experience, I need a rezz" or anything along those lines. If you are unsure what an IC request for a 'rezz' is, ask around. Make up your own and make it appropriate to the situation, it will increase the fun and feeling for all people involved. Several examples might be:
a) "I had a terrible fight with a troll and lost."
b) "Hmm... I misplaced me soul again. Is anyone available to help me find it?"
c) "Oops! Hydra swarm decided to teach me a lesson for all my past deeds.
Some people have developed their trademark of shouts when they are dead and increase the fun of all people who listen when they are dead.

You are expected to at least pay for the cost of the rune. A ressurector should not have to spend their gold, time and Spell Points to bring you back to life without a reward. If it is their choice not to accept payment that is ok, but you should at least offer to reimburse them. If they don't accept a payment but you would like to show some appreciation, guilddeposit the money or offer them a favour for their perils. And make sure that you thank the person that brought you back to life. After all, you thank them -- for your life. This doesn't mean you need to hug and kiss them all over, a simple "Thank you" and a bow or courtsey often will suffice. Some rezzers don't even like to be hugged for the favour.

*As Soul Summon is not offered in our Guild, always carry a forest green crystal and if the ressurector crystals to you, pay for their crystal as well. Remember this is a minimum payment guideline. As ressurecting is an expensive spell to learn, please feel free to pay the ressurector more for their services; it is your life afterall.

As an alternative to having someone summoning you or teleporting to you by the use of a crystal, it can be a fun alternative to try to get a rescue party together to help you. You help a bunch of Guild mates to a fun time and if you do it right it can be a nice roleplay experience for yourself and the people coming to rescue you. Of course this is particularly nice if you have died in the lair of a big monster or a huge swarm where the rescue attempt will require a huge united effort of many people. Remember these rules do not mean you will get ressurected, they are just the guidelines to be followed to obtain one. We expect everyone to be courteous and respectful to ressurectors, whether they are able to ressurect you or not. We are a family and we will treat each other as such. Always be aware that ressurectors might be busy or involved in other activities and might not be able to rezz you. Any rezzer that is been treated rude or not payed for their rune please contact a Guild Officer to deal with the offender. Failure to comply with these rules and guidelines may result in being placed on probation. We are very serious about enforcing rules.

3) Invisibility: The use of invisibility within the guild is not allowed. Stealth skill or Lurk spell are acceptable. As long as you can be searched out, you can use the spell/skill. Violators will be punished as follows:
- first offense - warning
- second offense - loss of half of the persons gold leaves
- third offense - loss of ironwood ranger bow
- more offenses - GM's discretion

4) TITLES: Please refer members to the Title Policy and/or explain as needed. If a member has met the requirements, he or she may contact or message the GM with their request.

Title Policy

In accordance with the Policy, there are two ways to obtain a title:

The first option is to achieve guild level 25 and then take some time to prepare a meaningful self-history. If you then post it on the Guild's message board, you may request a title from the GuildMistress/Master (GM). You may also send the GM a message with the title request.

The second option is to enter the Mentors Program as a student. To enter the Program, please contact a Guild Mentor or Guild Officer (GO). The ranger will then be granted the title of Docent. Upon completion of the program, the ranger will then choose or be given a title.
