About a hundred and eighty two years ago,I was born as a half giant in the woods off the rivers Northwest of Devardec.I was an only child and lived a quiet life with my mother until I reached age of eighteen,At which point I decided to go and seek out my fate.My fate at that time led me to the Monk's Guild.i studied and trained in the guild for over a hundred years,spending all my time trying to become one with my spirit,mind and body.Shortly after becoming a monk I stumbled upon a Book of Justice,my interest in law grew very quickly and shortly after my ninetenth birthday.I met an immmortal by the name of Jupiter,and joined his temple. Many years I studied the books of law and my knowledge for it increased enough for the faith of becoming a temple leader of justice.Many years passed and Justice was at its finest,until Jupiter left the lands.My interest in justice decreased as the outlaws became more common and troublesome to deal with.One day though,I was sitting on a beach just watching the tides roll in one after another.Hypnotized by its power and beauty I was awstruck to see a beautiful maiden rise up out of the ocean.She looked at me and smiled,asking what was wrong.I replied sadly "The ocean is so amazing,I just wish I could swim around forever in it." to which she replied "Why don't you then?"I looked at her very ashamed, "I can't swim".She laughed and smiled again."Well how about I teach you then"she gestured towards me and my body rose into the air.My body began to decrease in size and the color of my skin began to change to a blueish-green tint."What am I?I asked foolishly."You are now a Sea Elf,free to roam the ocean as you please with my blessings." "Thank you i was quick to reply,but what is your name?" "Sheba" she responded. "Now do your best to keep up" she said.I quickly dove into the water following her every move. Several decades later,I left the monks guild to find my new path in life.And here I am. Proud to be amongst all you rangers and looking forward to learning and growing even older then I am already here in the Mighty Redwood |
