History of Kalizon" Long ago I was walking though the Dirimloth forest with my family when a foul beast with burning red eye viciously slayed both of my parents and my baby sister. Somehow I managed to escape as my father fought for his life, and ran deeper and deeper into the woods. Before I knew it I was completely lost, with little hope of living, or desire to do the same. Somehow I managed to live and for the next several years I sharpened my primal skills of survival. I learned how to live off of the forest and how to coexist with nature. After many years I learned to listen to the secrets the trees tell if you clear your mind, and at that time I realized it was time to search out more of my kind, and avenge my parents. It was at this time I was leaving the forest when a dark stranger came apon me. Immediatly I could tell I needed to go with this man, and I did. He led me to the town of Devardec and once inside he left me just as quickly as he had come. Once again I was caught completely out of my element. So for the next several months I wandered the streets, picking up on the language that I had missed, stealing from others just to get money for food, and trying to understand the ways of city life. For those months I was truly miserable, until one day when I was in the stables I came apon a man dressed in green that seemed to have the same love of nature that I did. When I asked him where he had come from told me the rangers guild and simply pointed towards the northern forests. After that I knew what had to be done so I searched out the rangers guild and joined my new family. And that is where my new life started. Kalizon Ranger of Deori |
